You've found the online home of the Western New York Parrot Head Club!
Located in and around Buffalo, New York, we are the local chapter of Jimmy Buffett's fan club. Sporting over 250 members, we are proud to combine our love for Jimmy's music - and the laid-back, caribbean lifestyle he personifies - with our charter mission of "party with a purpose." We believe in having a good time and giving back to the community - and being just a little bit crazy along the way. You can learn more about our fun-loving bunch by clicking on the "About" footprint at left.

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE!!Chillin' in the Caribbean has been moved back a week due to circumstances beyond our control. The new date is March 24th. Since this new date conflicts with the "Cruising the Tropics" wine tour, the wine tour is cancelled. If you bought tickets for Chillin already and can't make it on the 24th, please contact us for a refund. If you booked a hotel room, please
call the hotel to change the date. The block has been transferred to the new date but not each room
individually. Sorry for any inconvenience, but a great time will still be had by all!
Get your tickets now for the 7th Annual "Chillin' in the Caribbean" on March 24th. Great food, great music, Chinese, silent and live auctions, all for the unbelievable price of $15/ticket. Contact Bob Schiele for tickets and information.
February 20th is our bi-annual blood drive. We have been one of the better donation clubs for UNYTS and we want to continue impressing them. Free Sabres hats to all donors! See you at the Eastern Hills Mall location from 11-5.
February 26th at Buffalo Brew Pub is Docs for Kids, our annual event for the neo natal intensive care unit. Basically, we show up to support
our own Dr. Dave behind the bar. There are many prizes that are raffled off, plus 50-50 and Chinese auctions and all tips go to the
cause. Stop on by starting at 12. Wear your parrot head attire! We have been a staple at this event
for the last six or seven years.
April 21st weekend is busy for us. In the morning we have our first of two river cleanups at Niawanda
Park. We have had a good number of people show up to this in the past and it only takes a couple hours
out of the morning (9am). We get a nice little thank-you picnic afterwards as well.
Later that evening we have our annual trip to the FN Center for the Buffalo Bandits Lacrosse game. $30 gets
you the tickets, food, one drink and tons of fun.
We're now taking reservations for the 2nd Annual Poker Tournament on April 22nd from 12-6. $55 gets you into the tourney and includes food and your first drink. Early Parrot Special: Pay Event Chairman Alan Swan the $55 registration fee at the next phlocking and get an extra $100 in chips!
We are looking for more riders for the Tour De Cure bike ride on June 2nd. Our goal this year is 20 riders.
You can choose to ride 5 miles up to 100 miles, it's your choice. We were a top five team last year and
placed in the top 20 overall for all the categories. Help us to fight diabetes! Contact Dr. Dave for more
details.
Congratulations also go out to Ray Jaskowiak - this year's Parrothead of the Year winner. Ray's picture should be posted shortly provided the club's crack photographer didn't delete it or get it mixed up with concert pictures. Nice going Ray!
